- Amélioration enregistrement note.

- Nouveau point API: /evaluation/<int:evaluation_id>/notes/set
- Corrige API /evaluation/<int:evaluation_id>/notes
- Modernisation de code.
- Améliore tests unitaires APi evaluation.
